About Me

 

I grew up in a small town in the southwest corner of Minnesota called Adrian but now call Sioux Falls, South Dakota home. I am a fitness and mobility enthusiast and enjoy putting my Exercise Science degree and Amerian College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist certification to good use programming my workouts. Because of this, I have taken a keen interest into orthopedic and sports physical therapy but enjoy all settings the profession has to offer. I am an avid lake goer and enjoy recreational water sports as well as grilling. I am a family oriented person and enjoy spending time with my wife, family, niece, and nephew.
